95N to Exit 7 (Market Street, Portsmouth Downtown). Bear right at the end of the exit ramp onto Market Street. Follow Market Street all the way into downtown Portsmouth. Market Street turns into Congress Street (Congress Street is not marked) before it reaches Islington Street. At the second stop sign (the first is Hanover Street); turn right onto Congress Street. Our office, the Franklin Block, is located at 75 Congress Street, which is a large brick building on the third block on the right. Metered parking is available on downtown streets, and a parking garage ($0.75 per hour) may be reached by turning right onto Congress Street, then taking the first right onto Fleet Street before passing our office.
