Business Law
Member of the Firm Senior level business attorney with a minimum of a half million dollar book of business interested in practicing in a firm without requirements for administrative time. We will support your practice with attorneys and paralegals from within and outside your practice area; we will support your practice with marketing, secretarial and technological assistance. We will support your ideas for the growth of your practice.
Corporate Attorney
We are seeking an attorney with two to five years of experience to join our Business Law Group. The successful candidate will have experience in structuring, negotiating and drafting acquisition agreements, commercial and private equity financing agreements, technology licensing and other sophisticated business transactions. We have an immediate opportunity in our Manchester Millyard office. We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
