ATTORNEY: Gina M. Norris

Gina is an associate practicing in both the Manchester and Portsmouth offices of Wiggin & Nourie, P.A. As a member of both the Business Law Group and the Real Estate, Land Use & Development Group, Gina counsels and represents both commercial and individual clients.

Gina focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, commercial real estate and loan transactions, and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. In addition, Gina assists franchisors in the preparation of Franchise Disclosure Documents and compliance with state registration statutes, as well as the drafting, negotiation and review of franchise agreements and related documents for both franchisors and franchisees.
